NIDAL BAKIR / SOFTWARE ENGINEER

BUILT TO
GO FURTHER.

I build mobile experiences and the systems behind them. Flutter on the surface. Go at the core. Thoughtful architecture all the way through.

IbtiPark

Connecting a parking experience to real-world intelligence. A Flutter app with QR scanning and thermal printer integration (Sunmi, ZCS, and others), supported by a YOLO inference service.

  • Flutter
  • Python
  • YOLO
  • Docker
  • Linux
  • CI/CD
  • Shorebird Code Push
Behind the build

Trained a YOLO model with OpenCV and deployed inference through FastAPI, ONNX Runtime, and Docker. The mobile application connects scanning and printing to the parking workflow.

F.E.T Academy

Led development of the FET Academy suite: LMS, Exams, and Student apps. Owned the Flutter lifecycle from architecture to production delivery, with recent in-app purchase support.

  • Flutter
  • Dart
  • REST APIs
  • CI/CD
  • In-app purchases
Android coming soon
Behind the build

Architected and developed the Flutter applications, wrote unit tests, coordinated with QA, and delivered production releases. Integrated REST APIs and used CI/CD for delivery.

Signals that arrive.

A centralized notification service built around background tasks, parallel processing, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

  • Go
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • FCM
  • CI/CD
Behind the build

Built with Go, PostgreSQL, and Redis; deployment supports Docker or Bash and systemd. Integrated with internal applications to keep notification work separate from their main business logic.

Good software
starts with
better questions.

I’m Nidal, a software engineer working across mobile applications and backend systems. I care about the architecture underneath, the experience on top, and every connection in between.

My work spans Flutter apps, Go services, containerized AI integrations, and open-source developer tools. Away from the editor, I’m a Linux daily driver and a student of how systems fit together.
